Return & Warranty Policies

RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased from our website, flyracing.com, within 30 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged. The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation). Note: All closeout items are final sales and will not be accepted for returns. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the items you no longer want to keep, and make a new purchase from our site.

Upon receipt of a Return Authorization (RA) number, you will have 30 days to ship the item back to us. If the product is not returned within 30 days, the RA will be cancelled and no credit will be processed. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returned orders. Credits can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

WARRANTY POLICY
FLY Racing warrants products to the original retail buyer for the time periods listed below(from the date of original purchase):

      • Helmets carry a 3-year warranty
      • Moto and Bicycle gear (pant/jersey/gloves) along with boots, goggles, protection and the Patrol line are covered under a 1-year warranty
      • Snow, Street, Adventure (excludes Patrol Line) and Watercraft product and all other products not listed above are covered under a 2-year warranty
      • This warranty guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship

If you feel that a product is not performing as it should during the warranty period due to materials or workmanship, please return to the place of purchase. If, after inspection, it is determined that it would be covered under the warranty policy, then we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If a warranty is approved and cannot be repaired a replacement will be provided. If an exact replacement is not available, then one of equal value in the same size and color will be issued. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, natural breakdown of colors/materials over time, or normal wear and tear. FLY Racing’s warranty is not applicable if damage is due to:

      • A crash
      • Improper use
      • A natural breakdown of colors/materials over time
      • Normal wear and tear

Some examples of damage not covered by Warranty are:

      • Materials that have been snagged, ripped, torn, punctured or burned
      • Faded from sun exposure, improper washing care or failure to follow FLY Racing’s care instructions

Every product is susceptible to normal wear and tear through the lifetime of the product. The lifetime of the product can be accelerated through high frequency and/or aggressive use, or through age itself, and can contribute to advancing the rate of natural breakdown of the product.

For items not purchased on our website, please refer back to the original place of purchase for assistance with your warranty claim request. Items that are to be considered for warranty need to be taken back to the place of purchase for inspection.
